HIIB Chest Workout #32

If you’re ready to start getting serious with weight training and muscle building, this is the workout for you! If you want to start seeing huge strength gains, aggressive fat loss, and muscle growth ALL AT THE SAME TIME, then you might want to look into high-intensity interval bodybuilding or HIIB. Mixed with original bodybuilding movements and intense cardio, these type of workouts are the best bang for your buck, and they are super easy to follow/understand, but the results are phenomenal.

10 Rounds, 3 minutes rest in-between

Dumbbell Incline Chest Press
6-8 reps

Jump ropes (Doubles)
25 doubles
