Take your time in-between sets and let the body rest to be able to move heavy weights. In this workout we are going to be tested mentally and physically because the focus has been high reps, fewer sets. That’s perfect. We want to confuse the muscles, that’s how we get them to grow (naturally).

Hey Everyone! I'm really excited to announce that I will be officially starting cooperbrunnerfitness! To give a quick overview, I will basically be discussing concepts or frameworks I've learned through research that I believe are critical to learn to become a disciplined, successful individual in all aspects of life.
