WOD #14 Shoulders (Military Press)

Today the compound lift is going to be straight bar military press 5×5 for strength. I like to focus on this lift to test my strength and see if my lifts are improving/ shoulders are getting stronger. Very effective exercise and will help with improving upper body strength and improve your bench press numbers.

Jump Ropes (Doubles)
20 Doubles

Front Cable Raises
Jump Ropes
20 Doubles

Circuit #3
Incline Bench YTL Shoulder Raises
Y complex 10 reps
T complex 10 reps
L complex 10 reps

Rear Delt Machine
Jump Ropes
20 Doubles
