WOD #15 Legs/Biceps (Feat. Heavy Walking DB Lunges)

I am feeling amped today and want to kick this workout up a notch… Today we are doing legs and supersetting with biceps, so it’s a good day baby let’s go! Mixed with my style of programming, I focus on breaking in isolated lifts while doing legs, I find it effective and have seen results with getting leaner as my heart rate jumps up when doing these supersets. Give this bad girl a shot with your lifting partner! Focus up and GROW today! (Some of the Workouts Have Demos)

Walking Dumbbell Lunges
5x 15 each leg
DB Hammercurls

Circuit #2
Bulgarian Split Squats (Hold 5 sec last rep on each set)
EZ Bar Curls (Heavy)

Leg Press
5×50/40/30/20/10 (LET’S GO)

Calf Raise Machine

Ab Rollouts

Hey Everyone! I'm really excited to announce that I will be officially starting cooperbrunnerfitness!
