Lately I have been posting several workouts that are body part specific. Choosing to perform a 5-Day Body Split is effective for muscle building but sometimes I like to switch it up and bring in body part splits throughout the week to shock the muscles and break out of my normal routine. Today’s workout is focused on Chest and Back exercises that will build overall mass.
