WOD #8 Deadlifts // Lunges // Buckle Up!

My summer focus is growing my legs, I haven’t seen much growth and I have a tough time with growing them. Not only will a strong lower half improve your main lifting numbers (squat, deadlift, etc.) it’ll also help you lose fat quicker as it requires more muscles and energy to squat, deadlift, etc. Brace yourself for this one!! LETS GO!

Stiff Deadlifts
warm up (10 reps, 135lbs)
5×8

Barbell Single Reverse Leg Lunge
5×10
—Superset—
Plyometric Box Jumps
5×4

Hack Squat
3×15

Weighted Step Ups
3x 8-10

Calf Raises (Smith Machine)
5×10 (10 second rest in between sets)
