WOD#3 Shoulders (Feat. Military Press)

Mixing this workout in with high intensity bodybuilding. I have found this strategy extremely effective as it targets strength and fat loss. In this workout we start heavy then bring in some HIIT training by adding in the Airdyne Bike.

Incline Bench YTL’s
Air Squats

Decline Bench Weighted Med Ball Sit-Up
Russian Twists With the Heaviest Med Ball you can control
3×15 each side

HIIB is my favorite way to train. If you are looking to get cut, this style of workout will greatly benefit you.
