This workout is no joke, I literally am targeting the chest to become sore today so I can confuse it and get it out of a funk because I have been doing the same routine for too long and not seeing much growth on my bench press. The key to breaking plateaus is changing it up and adding in something new, here it goes:
Warm up 135 10 reps
Incline DB Alternating
Warm up 10 reps
Decline Cable Flyes
Chest Press Machine (full to half reps)
3×12 full reps —> AMRAP half reps
End with 100 BW push-ups! If you can’t finish all 100, humble yourself to you knees and finish every rep.
