WWOD #17 Toning the Back & Legs!

Today our focus in this workout is specifically targeting the upper & lower back, but let’s have some fun with it! I added a twist to it. The body loves routine, but we aren’t going to allow it to be comfortable. You will not develop the physique you want by doing the same back/glute/hamstring/quad/abs workouts… It’s important to always try to find ways to utilize the entire body in your workouts, it helps burn more calories and activates as many muscle fibers as possible, which will get you one step closer towards achieving that beautiful, lean physique you deserve.

Here’s the workout! Happy Friday!

Light Jog on Treadmill (level 5 or 6)
5 Minutes

Single Arm Cable Row in Squat Position
3×15 each arm

Straight Arm Lat Pulldown

Single-Single Arm//Double-Double Arms (4 total per rep) Dumbbell Row

Alternating Supermans
3×10 each side

Be sure to go read my article about how I go about dieting for getting lean and maintaining a lean physique. I go through my hour by hour eating habits and what supplements I take. Like I state in the article, intermittent fasting is my diet strategy. I find it very effective and my body feels amazing. It’s tough at first, but the body eventually adjusts to your eating habits; It will start to become effortless for you and you will see amazing results. To learn more about intermittent fasting listen to my podcast episode about how intermittent fasting works and how it can make your body a fat burning machine! Have a great weekend everyone!

Hey Everyone! I'm really excited to announce that I will be officially starting cooperbrunnerfitness! To give a quick overview, I will basically be discussing concepts or frameworks I've learned through research that I believe are critical to learn to become a disciplined, successful individual in all aspects of life. Your probably wondering.. Why are you all of the sudden deciding to become a blogger? Well... For years I have been studying/reading about influential people (Warren, Gary V, Tony Robbins, Zuck, Jobs..) that began with nothing and incrementally worked their way into becoming successful entrepreneurs. My hope is that while writing these blogs, I can ultimately inspire you to change your life and conquer those challenges you face everyday that block you from your goals. By no means am I saying that everything I talk about is the magic secret to success, but by reading the content I write about, hopefully you can take away some small tips/advice that can help inspire you to create ways on improving your life and the others around you. MAKE TODAY COUNT.
