WWOD #8 HIIT Cardio Training (Small Box Needed)

You’ll need a small box or other platform. Perform reps of each exercise in turn for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds between sets. After you complete one round, rest about a minute and then repeat for 3 to 5 rounds. (click each exercise for video demo)

3-5 Rounds, 20 seconds each exercise

Toe Taps

Explosive Jumping Squats

Mountain Climbers (hands on Small Box)

Mountain Climbers (feet on Small Box)

Single Leg Squat (booty hitting the small box!)


Tip of the day: for the mtn climbers, try using a bosu ball to challenge yourself and incorporate more core. Really good workout if your goal is to get a quick and effective fat burning cardio session in! Share this with your friends and get that booty moving! LETS GO.
