WWOD #9 Glutes Focused // Landmine Exercises (Lowerbody Workout)

So for this workout, we are focusing on the butt muscles… Otherwise known as your GLUTES. If you haven’t done these exercises that’s O.K. nows the time to give them a try and learn new exercises! For each exercise, work on having good form and watch each video demo. There’s no point in going 1 hunnid into working out without truly understanding how to properly activate the muscles for development. This workout will be a booty killer, so brace yourself and be sure to stretch by doing some dynamic stretching (I have a early post demoing some stretches you can do)! FOCUS UP and MAKE IT COUNT! 🙂

5-Minute light jog on the Treadmill

Wide-Stance Crab Squat Walks
3x 10-15 reps each side

Neutral Stance Landmine Squats (skip video to 3:00 min)
4x 15-20 reps

Landmine Curtsy Lunge
3x 20 reps

Walking Lunges (10 yards back and forth, 20 yards total)
3x (15-20 lbs dumbbells in each hand)
