WWOD#2 Toning the Arms

A lot of women have the wrong idea when it comes to upper body training… Let’s set something straight. YOU WILL NOT ADD BULK TO YOUR ARMS. Period. It is going to take you months of hardcore training to even see bulk in your arms, you simply don’t produce enough testosterone so get the myth out of your head that you are going to be adding size to your arms. You will actually tone your arms, IF YOU TRAIN CORRECTLY (this exercise is perfect for you if your goal is to tone your arms). Here is a great workout that will help with toning your gun show. Enjoy! Upper body Training for Women (for toning)

Traditional Biceps Curls
5 sets 20 reps

5 sets 20 reps

Tricep Kickbacks
5 sets 20 reps

Lying Cross-Body Dumbbell Extension
5 sets 20 reps

on the treadmill
0-1 min run at level 5
1-2 min run at level 6
2-3 min run at level 7
3-4 min run at level 8
4-5 min run at level 9

5-6 min run at level 5
7-8 min run at level 6
9-10 min run at level 7
11-12 min run at level 8
12-13 min run at level 9

Cool down for 5 min Level 3

Why do HIIT Training? You want effective, efficient workouts that help you lose weight, right? HIIT training confuses the body, tricking it to work harder, thus burn more calories + put your body in the “after burning effect” which is your bodies ability to burn off more fat AFTER you train.
