WWOD#3 Legs (Feat. Reverse Lunge Kickbacks)

With developing your legs, it’s important to have a plan going into the gym and understanding WHY you start with a certain exercise. With the Reverse Lunges, this is a great warm-up for activating the muscles for the squat. This is important as it minimizes your chances with injury, but also fires the small muscles in your legs so they can be working efficiently while doing your deadlifts and squats, thus toning and making the legs look sexy and strong! Give it a go! 🙂

Legs for overall tone

Reverse Lunge/Kickbacks
3 Sets 20 Each Leg

4 Sets 10 Reps

Assisted Pistol Squats
3 Sets 10 Reps Each Leg

Dumbbell Deadlifts
3 Sets 10 Reps

This workout will most likely get you sore… So take care of your body, ensuring you are taking in TONS of water (and electrolytes 😉 ). For my next WWOD, I’ll explain rep ranges and sets, so stay tuned!
